BagelSea is a brand house platform for cosmetic and beauty founders. We help users create brand diagnosis reports, logos, color palettes, typography, copy and product mockups using AI-assisted tools.

The platform is provided by Shanghai Joly Moment Digital Technology Co.,Ltd.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

You retain ownership of all brand data, uploaded images and other materials you submit to the platform.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating outputs and displaying them to you.

Brand diagnosis reports, logos, copy and mockups generated by our AI tools are provided to you for your own brand use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs created from your inputs.

AI outputs are provided as-is. We recommend reviewing and editing generated content before using it commercially.

Some features require a paid subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) in addition to these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For refund requests, please see our Refund Policy at /refund.

You may not use the platform to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, promotes illegal activities, or contains hate speech, harassment or explicit material.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that generated outputs will be error-free, commercially suitable or free from similarity to existing brands.

You are responsible for verifying that your final brand materials do not infringe on third-party rights before commercial use.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
